The Item Class Quick Maintenance provides users with the ability to quickly change the item group description across multiple item groups.
1. When you first enter the Item Class option a Select An Option window will appear; select QUICK MAINTENANCE.
2. A list of item classes is presented and command options will appear. If you wish to make changes to the first page select Change; if you wish to make changes to a subsequent page, select Next Page (or Prior Page) and press Change.
3. Use your mouse or arrow keys to navigate within the list and make the changes required. Press Enter through the remainder of the fields.
4. Command options will appear; select Update.
Important: Your changes will not be saved unless you select Update.
